| Below is what I do as final preparation before putting the
car on the track. |
|
 |
I hot-glue the rear axle bushings and drive-shaft bushing
into place. Some people use Ca glue but I prefer HG because it is very easy
to remove. |

|
 |
Another shot of the rear area of the car. The hot-glue is
more noticeable in this picture. |
| |
|
 |
I also hot-glue the motor mounts into place. Make sure to do
the front and rear mounts. Lastly make sure you oil the all the bushings and
the motor with synthetic oil a small drop on each bushing and both ends of
the motor shaft will do. Then add a small drop on the front axles. I also
add some white Lithium to the crown and pinion, this reduces crown ware. |

This is a shot of the finished chassis, the magnet stands
out now! Now you can do the normal stuff like racing the hell out of them!
NOTE: The rear wing and mirrors on the Listers
is VERY fragile you might want to remove them and stash away before racing
them. |
The End!
Please note all the stand disclaimers mentioned on the main
page apply here as well. |
I would like to thank

and all the users on the
HRW forums.
Without these resources to draw from I would not be able to provide these
articles. |
